Rockin' Camel Music is proud to boast about the level of talent that we have managed to assemble after only a year in business. In April of this year, two of our artists managed a spot in the top ten of the Roots Music Report for Alabama. Microwave Dave & The Nukes, Down South Nukin', came in at number 6 for Roots Blues and Capricorn Rhythm Section, Alive at 2nd Street Music Hall landed a spot at number 9 for Roots Rock. But this isn't all, folks.

The bustling home office of Rockin' Camel Music in Gadsden, AL, receives requests, almost daily, from radio stations across the globe who are interested in playing our albums on the air. These fine radio stations have been kind enough to forward playlists to us wherein our artists are always in the top 25. If you live in Cullowhee, NC and are listening to Power 90.5 fm with host CB Roy, you are sure to hear our own Jimmy Hall, Capricorn Rhythm Section, and Microwave Dave & The Nukes at any given time. If you are in Pittsburgh, PA listening to Howard Kozy at WYEP 91.3 fm, you may be one of the fans burning up the phone lines requesting Microwave Dave & The Nukes and Jimmy Hall. Those same two acts can be heard consistently online at CJSF 90.1 fm on Wednesdays from 9 to 10:30pm. Todd Glazer at KSKA 91.1 fm in Anchorage Alaska featured Microwave Dave's Down South Nukin' in it's entirety back in April and did the same for Jimmy Hall's Rendezvous With The Blues in May.

Over in Denmark, on Radio Holstebro 97.4 with Kjell Andreassen you can hear Capricorn Rhythm Section, Toy Shop, Microwave Dave & The Nukes and Jimmy Hall.

And what if you live in Norway? Well, Bjorn Wiksaas at Bluestimen, Radio Ung, 106.9 in Kristiansand, placed Microwave Dave & The Nukes' "Road Runner" at number 1 on their playlist for April 24, 2007 and on that same list, Capricorn Rhythm Section's "Please Be With Me" came in at number 12.

We've also sent our albums to Argentina, Belgium, France, and Great Britain and the folks over there are loving it. Aw shucks, we've sent them all across our own great country, too, and the feedback has been tremendously positive.

We are extremely proud of the phenomenal talent that we have had the pleasure of representing thus far. Thank you, to all of our artists and their fans, along with the DJs who are kind enough to spin our records, for making this, such an exciting year.

What are you waiting for? If you haven't ordered your copy of one of our great albums yet, you are surely missing out.
